  Written in anticipation of leaving my first real job of the 1970's.   After several years with a CAT scanner manufacturer I was heading back to the Rockies.  Recorded in 1997 with the Pinnacle Project Studio (PPS).

  Recorded on a Bell & Howell  reel to reel and a Shure Vocalmaster PA head in the fall of 1975.  The band consisted of Gary Kaye on banjo, Michael Sassano on mandolin, Susan Sassano on vocals, Tommy Pinuthous on bass, and myself on guitar and vocals.

  The song was written after returning from my first trip to Nashville, TN. in 1973.  It was recorded at my first wedding in 1979 on a portable cassette.
